A Lone Ranger

I wandered with my lonely heart
Only in the forest of your love
And wondered why
Your spirit wafted
Solemn loving tunes to my soul
Your sparkling beauty dazzled
My sieving sight
Your wavering thought-
A deviant tyranny
Flailed my mind with abandon
And the justice of my wander went
Unheeded.

Lost am I
In the forest of your love
To find me?
Requires the consent of your majesty-
The Cupid goddess
Whose sparkles of beauty
Leave my heart in a wondering daze.

One thing:
Your dilly-dally enervates my spirit
And makes me uncomfortable
In this lovely forest
Where my search is
Important but unnecessary
For I have resolved
To make it a permanent abode.

Dedicated to HER
